Placing An Order

If you have placed an order on our site before . . .

At the bottom of every page on our site is are fields where you can enter your user name and password. Enter those two fields and then click “Login.”

If you can’t remember your password . . .

Click the link that says “Forgot” under the Login area in the bottom of every page on our site. You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter your user name or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

If the new password still doesn’t work . . .

Click here to Contact Us and use the form to tell us your user name (or email address) and the new password you would like to use, exactly as you’d like it to appear (paying special attention to upper and lower case letters). We don’t have access to your existing password, but we can change it to the one you would like to use going forward. We’ll send you an email to let you know when you can start using the new password.
