Materials List • Studio Cloth™ • Perfect Pigment™ - Assorted colors • Perfect Paper Adhesive™ - Matte or Gloss • Paint Brush • Detail Scissors • Decorative Napkins or Art Papers (click any of the products listed above for product information, colors, and sizes) Directions Apply paint directly to the Studio Cloth. Let dry completely. Cut or tear decorative napkins or art paper. Collage the designs onto the Studio Cloth using PPA - Matte or Gloss, using a paint brush or sponge. For a water resistant finish, seal the table runner with a topcoat of PPA - matte or gloss. For further embellishing use detail scissors to create a decorative edge. (Apply 2 to 3 coats of PPA over the finished artwork and backside of cloth to protect it from wear and use.
